This Child Can will take every reasonable step to protect children, young people, and adults, who receive our services and are at risk, by:
- valuing, listening to and respecting our clients;
- ensuring that all required statutory checks are made when recruiting staff;
- sharing information about safeguarding and child protection with the appropriate authorities;
- ensuring that staff adopt this and other relevant policies and procedures;
- providing effective training and support to our staff.
